What we collect

We collect only the information needed to take and manage your booking: your name, email address, phone number, residential address, stay dates, guest numbers and any preferences or requests you share with us.

Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment provider. Mar Vista never sees or stores full card numbers.

How we use it

Your information is used to confirm and administer your booking, to send arrival and access instructions, to respond to enquiries, and to meet our legal and insurance obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

Booking records are retained for seven years to meet Australian tax and insurance requirements. Enquiries that do not result in a booking are deleted after twelve months.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it. Email kristanmoore@hotmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
