How do I book?

Select your dates on the Availability & Rates page, review the full price breakdown, then complete the booking steps online. If your dates fall outside standard conditions, send an enquiry and we will confirm manually within 24 hours.

Is payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by a PCI-compliant payment provider. Card details are never stored on this website.

What deposit is required?

A 30% deposit confirms your dates. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.

When is the remaining balance due?

The balance is automatically charged 30 days before check-in, to the card used for the deposit. We send a reminder seven days before.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel more than 60 days before arrival for a full refund of the deposit. Between 60 and 30 days, the deposit is retained. Within 30 days, the total booking amount is non-refundable, though we will always try to re-let the dates and refund what we can.

Mar Vista has secure keyless entry. Your personal access code and a short arrival guide are emailed 48 hours before check-in.

Late check-out until 12:00pm can usually be arranged when there is no same-day arrival. A fee may apply during peak periods.

Yes. All beds are made with hotel-quality linen, and bath towels, hand towels and beach towels are provided.

Yes, the hot tub is heated and available year round. It is serviced between every stay.

Off-street parking for up to three vehicles. The driveway is sealed and moderately steep.

Yes. A portable cot and high chair are available on request. Please note the deck has a glass balustrade and the garden is terraced, so young children should be supervised outdoors.

No. Mar Vista is a quiet residential property and parties, functions and events are not permitted.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere indoors. Smoking is permitted on the lower terrace only.

Day visitors are welcome in reasonable numbers, but the property must not be occupied overnight by more than eight guests.

Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 8:00am, in line with Mornington Peninsula Shire requirements. Outdoor areas including the hot tub close at 10:00pm.
