Noise and neighbours

Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 8:00am, in line with Mornington Peninsula Shire requirements. Outdoor areas, including the hot tub, close at 10:00pm.

Parties and events

Parties, functions and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Bookings found to be in breach may be terminated without refund.

Smoking

Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors. Smoking is permitted on the lower terrace only, using the ashtray provided.

Pets

One well-behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement, with a $90 additional cleaning fee. Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture.

Hot tub and safety

Children must be supervised in and around the hot tub at all times, and the cover must be closed and locked when not in use.

The deck has a glass balustrade and the garden is terraced. Please supervise young children outdoors.

On departure

Start the dishwasher, place rubbish and recycling in the bins provided, return furniture to where you found it and lock all doors and windows. There is no need to strip beds or clean beyond normal tidiness.
