Cancellation Policy
Clear, unchanged terms — the same policy applies to every direct booking.
More than 60 days before arrival
Cancel for a full refund of your deposit, less any payment processing fees charged to us.
Between 60 and 30 days before arrival
The 30% deposit is retained. No further payment is required.
Within 30 days of arrival
The total booking amount is non-refundable. We will always attempt to re-let the dates, and where we succeed we refund the amount recovered, less the cleaning fee and any difference in rate.
Changes to dates
One date change is permitted at no charge when requested more than 60 days before arrival, subject to availability and any difference in seasonal rate.
Our recommendation
We strongly recommend travel insurance for bookings made well in advance or during peak periods.
